Counter-surfing is definitely, indisputably, a BAD THING. I cycled down to the supermarket yesterday (keep-fit and shopping!) to get some things I needed to make the Christmas cake (yes, it's that time of year again) and got them all safe. Now, I'm planning on making it tomorrow so I didn't bother putting them away in the cupboards as I'd be pulling them out again. There was nothing tasty in there and everything in unopened packets so I thought they'd be safe.

Wrong.
